Our Mission

Dedicated to the long-term health of pole networks.

PoleCo was founded around a simple idea: essential pole infrastructure deserves dedicated capital, specialized management, and a long-term focus on asset life.

Why PoleCo Exists

Utility poles support the electric and communications networks that communities depend on every day. Yet proper care for these long-lived assets can be difficult to reconcile with annual budgets, competing capital priorities, and growing demands on the network.

PoleCo brings the focus and accountability of a long-term operator to pole infrastructure. Through proactive, data-driven management, we improve network condition, reduce risk, and extend the useful life of critical assets at a lower cost to the owner.

Our principles

01

Long-term by design.

We manage pole networks using best-in-class processes across their full lifecycle, not one budget cycle at a time. That perspective allows us to intervene earlier, restore and strengthen poles where possible, develop and deploy new technologies, and make decisions that improve long-term condition and reduce cost.

02

Condition-led, not calendar-led.

We use inspection data, asset history, and engineering analysis to determine where and when to act. Every maintenance and replacement decision is guided by the condition of the network and the impact of the work.

03

Poles are our only business.

Our people, capital, and systems are dedicated to pole infrastructure. Pole networks never have to compete with other businesses or priorities for funding, expertise, or management attention.

04

Accountable for performance.

We commit to clear service levels and measurable performance standards, backed by transparent reporting and contractual oversight. Our responsibility is not simply to manage the work, but to deliver and maintain the high quality standards we promise.
